Our Story

Two friends, tired of paying more for less.

We kept booking beautiful Airbnbs that looked stunning in photos, then showed up to thin towels, barely-there WiFi, and a kitchen with exactly two forks. So we built Regent: every property fitted with premium finishings, stocked with tremendous care, because luxury shouldn't come with an absurd price tag.

Where we are

Across the Metroplex and beyond.

We started in Dallas with a single high-rise suite and grew from there. Today Regent properties sit in four cities across the DFW Metroplex: Dallas, Irving, Frisco, and Richardson. Each location was chosen for a reason. Irving puts guests a DART ride from downtown and minutes from DFW Airport. Frisco brings the space: a four-bedroom villa with a hot tub, game room, and room for fourteen. Richardson and Dallas round out the portfolio for executives and families who want to stay close to the action without paying hotel prices. More cities are coming.
